Birthday Flip Calendar

 Its been a VERY crazy year for everyone! I can definitely say 2020 has not been my favorite year, but despite the challenges the future is always bright!

I finally had a little time
so I made a birthday flip calendar.

I already had one of these but it was from 15 years ago and had a lot of birthdays on it from friends and cousins that I don't often get to see.

I really wanted one for just my immediate family.

This flip calendar isn't as big as my other one,
but its one that I could print on regular sized paper as many times as I want

AND

I can make more to give as gifts for family members (just an idea).

Tax Preparation List {sticker}

Its tax time again!

This time of year always sneaks up on me
and I feel unprepared...
{well not as unprepared as I used to be}

A couple years ago I was gathering our

papers, receipts, files and mileage

so I could have everything ready.

{we usually get our taxes done mid February}

But I was struggling to remember everything I'd used in the past years.

After days of gathering and a bit of frustration...
I finally just pulled out our tax papers from the past
and made a list of all the papers we've used before
and things we might possibly need in the future.

2020 Youth Theme {The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints} Free Printable

I love this years theme! I'm super excited about studying the Book of Mormon with my family, so I love that the theme comes from Nephi.

I serve as Secretary in Young Women's
{I love my calling!!}

As you've probably guessed I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints {LDS/Mormons} and I'm so grateful to have the gospel in my life.

So, as I was putting together binders for our new class presidencies I decided to make a cover for their binders with this years theme.

1 Nephi 3:7
And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father:
I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them.

By request from my daughter... she did not want pink. So I made pink ones for the older girls and a different color for the younger girls. I just couldn't decided which background to use so I made a few different ones {decision making's not my strong suit}

FREE 2020 {Lined} Monthly Calendars- Printable Download

Calendars are a great way to stay organized and on task.

One of my favorite things to use my calendar for is journaling. So I made this lined calendar to keep track of all our family adventures... and there are plenty of them (my calendar is usually full by the end of the month).

The lines are great to keep activities separate or just to keep everything neat. There is also lots of extra space for notes or lists on the lined spaces at the bottom and top.

Life moves so quickly its easy to forget things. These calendars help me remember all those important days and events with plenty of time to plan ahead. Then I can look back and enjoy all the fun things we did.

2019 Yearly {1-page} Planner

The year is new and so are my goals...

I'm still working on my {new years resolutions}, but I know for sure that I want to be more organized with my home and my time.

{it's a work in progress... I take one day at a time}

Last year I made this 1-page planner and it helped a lot to remind me what I had coming up for the months ahead.

This planner also worked really well to plan activities and keep record so I know what we did last year. I can go back and evaluate, then decided what activities to plan again and the ones to leave out.

{Free} Snowflake Kisses

Winter can be wonderful… but it can also be long, slow and cold.
We are making the most of these intensely cold days at home with family and hot cocoa.
Despite the cold… winter is beautiful!

{Free} Halloween Tags

Tags have so many uses and make a creative addition to any treat or gift.
Halloween is a long awaited holiday at our house. Our kids start talking, months in advance, about what scary creature they will dress up like and what they need for their costumes. I will admit that I do like to dress up, but my favorite part of Halloween is making all kinds of fun crafts and treats. Tags are one of the cheapest and easiest things to make. These Halloween tags are a fun way to spruce up your Halloween treats this year. They are easily printed, cut out, and tied onto any jar or baggie full of your favorite goodies, with whatever ribbon you have lying around.
